Jaquelyn Burton

President, WISTA Norway

Capt. Jaquelyn E. P. Burton, AFNI, is President of WISTA Norway and Director of Experience Design at Kongsberg Maritime, where she leads a multinational team advancing human-centered ocean technologies. WISTA Norway, with over 500 members and a 37-year legacy, supports the attraction, elevation, and retention of women in Norway’s ocean industries.

With more than 20 years in maritime, Jaquelyn champions inclusion as a driver of innovation and sustainable growth. She also chairs SAMS Norway, advises the UK Clean Maritime Research Hub, and is pursuing a Global Executive Ph.D. on decision making in the 5th industrial transformation.
